I had taken my HHR in for service that day which I had also purchased from Murdock's. However, I noticed that they had the Sonic LT...which I had been researching on the web...I fell in love with the bur also purchased from Murdock's. However, I noticed that they had the Sonic LT...which I had been researching on the web...I fell in love with the burnt orange color and all of the extras it came equipped with...it was just what I wanted. Brandon, Jeff and Jason were very helpful, courteous and pleasant during the entire selling/trade-in process. I have always been impressed with all of the folks at Murdock's and will continue to make them my dealership of choice. More
I really think oyu need to keep Dan and Dustin they are great to work with . They neither one are pushy and they treat you like family no matter how many times I changed my mind the was awesome and very pa great to work with . I really enjoyed my experience at Murdock Chevrolet. The staff was very helpful and had my best interest in mind. They helped me work within my budget and made sure that I was satisfied in every way. And then after I had left the dealership the staff didn't just stop trying to satisfy me. They continued to work with the bank and get me a better interest rate and better terms with the bank. I was dealing with a bad situation. I have been divorced for just over a year when I had to take over my ex-wife's vehicle. With having both vehicles I owed more then they where worth, so I needed a way to for just over a year when I had to take over my ex-wife's vehicle. With having both vehicles I owed more then they where worth, so I needed a way to get out of this situation and only have one truck with one payment. Mike was able to find me a very nice truck that would eat most of my debt from the other two vehicles. I am now in a beautiful new 2010 Chevy 1500 Silverado! I visited Murdock Chevrolet dealership at 2375 South 625 <br>I visited Murdock Chevrolet dealership at 2375 South 625 West <br>Woods Cross, UT 84087 and had to tell you about how horrible they are in dealin <br>I visited Murdock Chevrolet dealership at 2375 South 625 West <br>Woods Cross, UT 84087 and had to tell you about how horrible they are in dealing with the public.<br>On Dec. 24th I went to their used car lot (next to the new auto lot) and found a 2002 Tahoe at a good price. We stated that we wanted the vehicle and were going back to get our trade in. About ½ hour later on my way back to the dealership I got a phone call from the nice salesman telling me that another sales representative had called his brother-in-law and told him to put money down on the car before we got back because the price was too good. So they sold the vehicle out from under us. Trying to think the best of people we decided to look at a different one at that lot and when we started to put the numbers together the new vehicle was $5,000 more than the one we told them to hold. Then the manager started the back and forth negotiations. After about 20 minutes of waiting I went into the mangers office and told him he was wasting my time and left the dealership.<br><br>I am going to let everyone know about the bait and switch tactics of Murdock Chevrolet. I would not recommend this dealership. They lied countless times on a Corvette I was looking at. Everytime I came in to look at the car I was given the typical lies. "Oh we're giving you the special price, the owners friend is buying this weekend so you better buy soon." First off why would they sell the car to me if it was being sold to the owners "friend" this weekend. Second why would they sell it for cheaper than what they are apparently getting from this friend. They gave me the same story for 5 weeks. This "friend" must have vanished because the car is still on the lot $2000 below my "special price." Liars! More
