I called Murdock dealership in WoodCross and ask for new truck information. Cindy was the phone receptionist and also a good friend. I liked this rather than finding/talking with someone I did not know, plus a friend recommended him. Brandon and I worked well together. He showed me truck types that I was interested in. He did not try to over sell or show vehicales I did not want. Brandon had great knowledge of the products and was able to show me several truck selections. Brandon showed me the truck options I wanted, the discount available on the 2013 trucks were very good and we were able to decide on a truck that met my needs. Brandon helped me from start to finish and did not send me to different sales people. Other individuals at the dealership were helpfull and friendly. In fact K. O. Murdock stoped by and talked to me as a friend not as a sales manager trying and close a deal. My experience has been very postitive. I had a great experience with this dealership. Someone came out to greet me as soon as I stepped out of my car. Keith (the salesman I worked with) not only asked about my price range and the type of car came out to greet me as soon as I stepped out of my car. Keith (the salesman I worked with) not only asked about my price range and the type of car I was looking for, but also asked what it was I liked about my old car so that he could be sure to get me into a car I would love. He then tried to only show me cars within my stated price range so that I wouldn't fall in love with a car I couldn't afford. I test drove a few cars, but ended up loving the first car he had put me in. Keith then went to bat for me with the price negotiation, getting me $1,000 off the sticker price. Their financing department was great and got me taken care of right away. The dealership even gave me $300 for my worthless trade in. I will absolutely go back when it's time for me to get a new car (though that may be a long time from now, they sold me a great vehicle that will last me as long as I need). P.S.: I never felt any kind of pressure to buy or any uncomfortable sales tactic. I loved that I had 5 days to return the car if I changed my mind. More

We visited Murdock in Woods Cross on a satuturday to find a used Tahoe. We told Freddy what we were looking for and he found numerous models for us to look at. We took many different Tahoes for test drives and found the perfect vehicle but it was out of our price range. Freddy told us he would find us the perfect vehicle in our price range. Freddy found another Tahoe for us to look at late Saturday night and scheduled an appointment with us to meet him first thing Monday morning. It was absolutely perfect with all the options we were looking for and at a price we could afford. Freddy was fantastic to work with and we will definitely go to Freddy the next time we are in need of a new or used vehicle. More
