I had a abs warning light come on. I took my car in because i had a warranty. The issue wasnt a warranty problem. I paid a $150.00. Diagnostic fee to have it looked at. I was told all my breaks and rotors front and back were all bad. I ask if the rotors could be reurfaced and was told they needed new ones. For a 150.00 it was my expectatiin that they were really thorough and looked at everything. They wanted $1400.00 to replace all pads and rotors. I was shocked and asked why its so much. They talked with a service manager and got it down to 1200.00. I priced all the parts out at autozone.. Gold rated front and rear pads with warranty and hardware. 4 rotors and 2 quarts of break fluid was 350.00 if i were to buy them. I am sure a dealers cost is much lower for them to purchase them. So i am guessing they are charge $900.00 for labeor to change out the brakes. Which might only take an hour or so. Which is ridiculus. I went and got a second opion. All my rotors were in pristine condition. I front breaks and plenty of pad on them my rear breaks needed to be replaced my beakfluid was a little low.. I paid $90.00 for parts and labor. So why did they want 1200.00 from me to just replace the rear brakes. If they really looked at everything they would have known thats all that was wrong with it. Feeling like they takee advantage of people beware. If they are not going to actually look at my car they shouldnt have charged me 150.00 More

We have never had such a difficult time buying a car before and we have 7 grown children we have helped get a car besides cars we have purchased. Such a dishonest finance department! Adam Hurst changed our contract w/out our knowledge nor permission switching names as buyer, negating everything we had set up with our salesman and signed contracts! We were helping our daughter get her first car & build her credit w/ her dad as a cosigner. We got all the information for them her job and rent records, her SS number, insurance in her name, everything! Adam drug his feet and took from July to Oct to finish the sale. We had to call him to find out why we hadn't heard from Hundai finance. He collected a personal check from us for first payment that he said needed to be paid since it had taken so much time to get paperwork into Hundai finance I honestly thinK Adam forgot about us and filed our papers away. That money has NEVER shown up as a payment towards the car. When I brought it to their attention in Nov. they said they made a mistake and needed to send us that money back. We still have not received it. Adam turned us over to Ethan Abbott who after talking to us said they owed us that first check back that they had made a mistake and that he would call Hundai finance and get the names switched back to our daughter being buyer and her father the cosigner. He would get right back to me, if not that day no later than Monday. He never called. I called four times and he was always too busy to talk.. Today is Dec 17, I finally got through to him tonight and he said, "We can't switch the names back, I suggest you pay the car off and then go to the MDV and put your daughter as owner." This is so WRONG, so dishonest! How can they get away with changing our signed contract? We now need to find an attorney! What a mess!! Buying a first car should be fun and exciting. This has been a nightmare. By the way our salesman was wonderful, but the finance people are very dishonest! More

I bought a hybrid from Murdock last August. The salesman marked up the price SO MUCH that my credit union called them to ask if there was a mistake because, as she said, "There's no way they could be trying marked up the price SO MUCH that my credit union called them to ask if there was a mistake because, as she said, "There's no way they could be trying to sell it for this much." The salesman faxed another contract that brought the price down $1,500+! Two months after I bought the car I was driving on the freeway and the front driver side fender liner FELL OFF! I ran over it when it fell off and it scratched the side of the car. The dealership was not interested in helping AT ALL when I called them about this. I couldn't afford to fix it (it was around $300 to fix according to Murdock) so I just left it off. Later when my splash guard shield was starting to droop down in the front I called them for a quote to fix it. They said it would be over $400 to fix. I ordered the part online for $25 ($15 for the part, $10 for shipping) and did it MYSELF in 30 minutes! THEN I got a warning message while driving last week that said to pull over and turn the car off because there was an issue with the charging system. I had to have it towed to the dealership and found out 4 days later (5 DAYS so far of missed work as my jobs DEPEND on me having a car) that the hybrid battery is DEAD - this is a $9,000 fix!!!! I still owe $9,000 on the thing and it is now WORTHLESS! I have ONLY ever had terrible experiences with Murdock!!! They treat you like you're the most important person in the world when they're trying to get you to buy and then once you do you they are suddenly difficult to get ahold of and have NO interest in making things right when they inevitably go wrong. ZERO STARS, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. These guys are as sleazy and shady as dealerships come!!!! More

LOL) Ethan A with Finance worked to get us the best rate and offered the best deals for the money. Hands down one of the best buying experiences we’ve ever had and will go back for any future purchases. More
