Purchasing and financing Ryan was great with helping me with the purchase of my Tucson. My sale wasn't your typical test drive the car. I wanted to know the trade in value of my car, purchase amounts on a car I hadn't even test drove yet. After He did a great job answering my questions about purchasing I finally test drove the Tucson. Ryan was great showing me every feature and helped answer more questions. The color of my Tucson was not available at the Lindon store but was found at the Murray store. I had a prior commitment that I had to be at and couldn't wait for my car to be delivered after doing my paperwork. Ryan had a dealer car ready for me to use and when I returned that evening close to 9:00 PM had my Tucson ready to go. He was willing to stay late and didn't make me feel rushed. He helped me set up my Bluetooth and made sure I had all my questions answered before I left the dealership. I was really impressed with how helpful he was and was treated with respect. I wasn't just another number trying to get a sale. I could have been happier with my Sales rep. I wasn't as happy with my financing experience with Mike. This is my first time ever leasing a car and I had a few questions and felt like he was annoyed when I had questions about numbers on my purchase or clarifying my lease. I felt like this wasn't the best part of my car buying experience. More
