Most pleasant experience in purchasing a new car. I took a test drive in the Hyundai Sante Fe on a Wednesday evening while my husband was out of town. The experience was very pleasant and I was happy I took a test drive in the Hyundai Sante Fe on a Wednesday evening while my husband was out of town. The experience was very pleasant and I was happy with the product. As a matter of course, when my husband returned we had to test drive several other brands. When we returned so that he could test drive the Sante Fe, he had to agree with me that this model rode every bit as smooth as the luxury brands we had test driven earlier. Derick and Ian (trainee) had accompanied me on the first test drive but when we returned for my husband's test drive, several days later, he was unavailable, so Jonathan was assigned to help us. I thought Jonathan did an excellent job, especially given the fact that he was pinch hitting for Derick. He took just as much interest in us as if we had initially started working with him. The only negative we experienced was while waiting for news that the vehicle was ready for delivery on Monday (as it had to be brought in from another location). Our calls late in the day to inquire as to an estimated time that it would be ready, were placed on hold permanently by the receptionist (who was supposed to go get the information from the service department) and not returned after we finally hung up. When Jonathan later learned of the miscommunications, he not only offered to bring the car to me, but he also gave me his cell phone number and has responded promptly to inquiries made since. He has been extremely responsive to our questions and concerns, even going so far as to responding to a text while in the midst of a difficult family event. Too often in my experience, the salesperson can hardly remember who you are, once the sale is made. I appreciate the care Jonathan has taken with us and will definitely refer friends and family to him in the future. We are looking forward to many years of driving this vehicle. More

We have been in there several times shopping for a Santa Fe over the last year. We finally decided on the one we wanted and made a deal. They were extremely patient with us the many times we were there trying to look at our options and make a decision. It was a long process and they were wonderful to us each and every time. This is one of them, Spencer right from the start was friendly and helpful and wanted to make sure we ended getting the vehicle we came in for and not what the dealership was trying to sell. Murdock Hyundai is pretty pretty casual with everyone being genuinely friendly and makes we want to buy more vehicles from them. Good salesmen are hard to find and although everyone I dealt with were great, Spencer is someone I will definitely be referring friends and family to. More
