Murdock Auto Group started in 1982 with the opening of our Murdock Chevrolet store in Bountiful Utah. In 2005 with the purchase of our first Hyundai dealership in Orem, Utah , Murdock Hyundai began. In 2006 we purchased our Logan dealership and in 2008 we bought the Salt Lake City store . For our Hyundai dealerships our goal was simple, have a Murdock Hyundai in every neighborhood. Now we want more, we want a Murdock Hyundai in every driveway. No-Stress Salesmanship! Eric was wonderful. Because my previous car (a 2005 Elantra that I loved) was totaled in a collision, it was necessary for me to find a replacement car right away. I was worried about being pressured to purchase something that wasn't right for me, but the appraiser of my crashed vehicle recommended this dealership highly, so I immediately took her at her word and went straight down to Murdock. Eric Adams met me as I entered, and made it apparent right away that he was there to help me to make the right decision for me. We talked through different options (new vs. used, model differences, feature differences, etc.) and I never at any time felt that I was being pressured to move a certain direction. He gave me several hours of his time in working through everything, from selecting the right new car to financing. Everyone that assisted in the process was attentive and wanted to make sure I was comfortable with every step. He personally provided delivery of the car to my home. I am very happy with my experience and will highly recommend this dealership (and Hyundai). Thank you again! More

Better than expected A family member of mine bought a car from Murdock, so I decided to also buy one there. I really dislike pushy salesman and luckily Derick was not that A family member of mine bought a car from Murdock, so I decided to also buy one there. I really dislike pushy salesman and luckily Derick was not that salesman. I told him what I was looking for and we looked at 3 cars. The first one turned out to be the best option for me. The financing took awhile and we had to come back on Monday, but that can be expected on a Saturday. I got a great deal and the next time I need a car Murdock will be my first stop and hopefully the only stop. More

Murdock had been recommended to us by one of my coworkers so we reached out to see what they had to offer. Derick was great to work with. He was extremely knowledgable and made the experience a very positive one. We ended up with more features and an upgraded model for a better price than we could get a bottom of the line vehicle for locally. We are very pleased with our new Tucson and would highly recommend both Murdock and Derick Thorn. More
