Great Experience I had a great experience with Murdock of Lindon. Their customer service was wonderful and the atmosphere was very inviting. Professional right up until the end Nick was great. I'm not 100% confident I got a good deal but overall the sales process was fine. I don't like car dealerships and the vague buying structure that is in place but that is not Nicks fault. But the manager that I went to at the end to sign papers with was very unprofessional and used hard sell tactics to bully me into buying a wear and tear policy that I had previously told him I did not want. He then proceeded to refer to me using a nickname commonly used for grandkids or people much younger. He did not treat me professionally or as an adult. He left a very bad taste in my mouth and I will have to think twice before I purchase another vehicle from Murdock in Lindon. More
