I was contacted by Lucy who let me know that they had some really good deals going and I might want to come in and get a newer car. Probably wouldn't have thought about it unless she contacted me. This time, my back was against the wall having just retired, in the midst of moving to Oregon, and in need of a car. I called on Willie at the last minute and he provided outstanding customer service. Prior to this, he'd been contacting me every month to see if I had any needs for a car. I kept putting him off, thinking I'd be good with what I had, but decided to go ahead and buy a new car. He listened to what my limitations were and what I needed and fitted me with the perfect vehicle at the right price. There was no haggling or arm-twisting.
