Murdock Auto Group started in 1982 with the opening of our Murdock Chevrolet store in Bountiful Utah. In 2005 with the purchase of our first Hyundai dealership in Orem, Utah , Murdock Hyundai began. In 2006 we purchased our Logan dealership and in 2008 we bought the Salt Lake City store . For our Hyundai dealerships our goal was simple, have a Murdock Hyundai in every neighborhood. Now we want more, we want a Murdock Hyundai in every driveway. Worst General Sales Manager in the business. Where should I start? The delivery of the vehicle had the back seat unattached... The car was filthy... The finance office didn't do the paperwork correctly and required me to come back to resign. When I asked what my options were, I was met with hostility, attitude and predetermined motives as to what I wanted to happen with the car deal. I was hung up on twice, treated with disrespect and then demanded that I pay for items I had no control or effect over. WORST experience of my life. More

Very helpful Steve who was my sales person was extremely helpful when I was looking at cars and gave me a nice variety of new and used cars to look at. I didn't schedule and appointment and that didn't matter. When I ran into the issue of him having another appointment, Mike who manages this location came in to help me finish up everything. They were both super helpful on getting me what I needed. I left my drivers license there after I had signed everything and headed home, and instead of just letting me know it was at the dealership, Mike came and delivered it to me personally. This was the second purchase from murdock hyundai and as it sits now, it probably won't be my last. More

First Time Car Buyer I went to Murdock Hyundai because they were the only dealership that had a Santa Fe in my price range! I couldn't find one anywhere. I had looked at other SUVs elsewhere that were nowhere near as nice as the Hyundai I got! Derick was super helpful/friendly throughout the whole experience along with the other staff. He answered all my questions and showed me all my options so that it was easy to make the choice. Made first time car buying not such a scary thing! Would recommend to anyone. More
