Our salesman Willie with a big smile on his face, did not come running over to us as if he was going to hound us to buy a vehicle but instead gave us a calm friendly greeting to ask if he could help us with anything. We told him what we were looking for & that we wanted to test drive the truck. He ended up being great from the beginning to the end. Unlike the other dealers & salesman we have dealt with, Willie did not ask us to look at something we weren't looking for & he kept things honest & to the point which again was great. When we were ready to look at numbers Willie welcomed us into his office offering us drinks & snack & also pulled out a toy or two to keep my toddler & 6month old busy! My dad and I showed up to the dealership and took a look around for a few moments. The moment we stepped inside, we received service from a salesman. We showed him which car we were interested in. We wanted to see about trading in the car I was making payments on, so we we opted not to buy a car that night. However, Aaron Handy (our salesman) called us right away when some other customers came in to look at the car. We didn't get back in time, but Aaron found us another car with all the same features. It was in my price range and had everything I wanted! But what I was really impressed with was Aaron's attitude. He was very friendly and took the time to talk to us. Not just in an attempt to make a sale but to to get to know us and to understand what I wanted. More

Hands down best car buying experience ever I swung by Murdock Hyundai looking for a car to replace a lease that was up in a few months and worked with Joe Macedone. I wasn't in the market for a I swung by Murdock Hyundai looking for a car to replace a lease that was up in a few months and worked with Joe Macedone. I wasn't in the market for a car that day but happened to find exactly what I was looking for at a great deal and didn't feel bullied in to it. Joe was absolutely phenomenal to work with and I felt like I was treated like family. It got late and everyone was still courteous and took good care of me and my toddler who was with me. Not only did Joe take the time to make sure all my questions were answered but he insisted that everything was done right down to the details of detailing of the car. As someone who can't spend a dollar without buyers remorse car buying usually involves next day second guessing and regret however not this time. I love my Sonata Hybrid more and more every day and highly recommend Murdock Hyundai and Joe to anyone in the market for a car. If you're tired of the standard car sales guys who DON'T HEAR YOU go see Joe. You won't regret it More
Easier to deal with the dealer I had two cars in mind that I wanted. These guys had a similar one that was just a little off on the trim but I let them know if the price was right I I had two cars in mind that I wanted. In the mean time I went to my credit union that my wife and I have been using for over 10 years (we have great credit) and it took them nearly 2 weeks to give us an answer on a loan because we are self employed. I came in to Murdock and worked with Lynn once we agreed upon a price I was approved for a loan in minutes. Lesson for me, skip the personal credit union and let the dealer do the heavy lifting. More
