Andrew was absolutely wonderful to work with - in fact, in my case I would consider him a magician of sorts! After speaking to him briefly on the phone and then emailing him my specs and requirements I made an appointment to meet with him. After my arrival I filled out a simple credit app and away he went to do his magic. He showed me a car that would work with my credit situation along with what little I could put down. After a brief test drive, I thought, "There is no way I would be able to get this car." I told him if he could get me into that car then I would do the deal and away he went......off to do his magic. When he returned I was pleasantly surprised with the reality that I was going home with a 2013 Toyota Yaris! He was friendly, easy to work with, and wasn't pushy at all. He didn't try to sell me something I couldn't buy - he worked with my situation and provided me with an honest sale. I am thrilled with my new car! Thanks a million, Andrew! More

Perfect Experience I found the car in which I was interested online (because like most, I absolutely hate the dealership experience). I called and talked to Eric to make I found the car in which I was interested online (because like most, I absolutely hate the dealership experience). I called and talked to Eric to make sure the car was still available. When I got to the dealership, Eric showed me the car and we took it for a test drive. At this point I was not ready to make a decision because there was one more car I wanted to look at. There was absolutely no pressure to sit down and make the deal right then; Eric told me the exact price (with any included fees/costs) and I left with Eric only saying that he hoped I would be back. I went to another dealership and looked at the other car; it was a no-brainer to choose the car from Murdock Hyundai. It was a better car (same model and year, but lower miles and better condition), at a lower price. I immediately went back to Murdock and closed the deal. Eric was great throughout. More
