It was refreshing to work with an honest and upfront dealer and a reputable dealership. When I asked for the "out the door" price, that is what they gave me. There were no surprises at the time of signing, unlike many of the other dealerships. There was no high pressure sales of trying to sell me additional services I did not need. I was in a hurry and did not want to spend a lot of time at the dealership. Ryan got the deal done quickly, so I could be on my way. This was a great experience! From the over bearing vultures who wont let you leave, to the awkward feeling nobody wants to talk to you, we got it all. It was amazing to go to Murdock in Lindon and have Mike help us and answer all the questions we had with real knowledge about cars and you could tell he knew what he was doing. He didn't try to get us into a car over our budget, just let us feel comfortable and do what we wanted to. We decided to by our car there, partly because of how easy Mike made everything for us. Went to the Dealership needing service on my 2012 Sonata, Service area was great, fast and friendly. Decided to take a look at some new vehicles, since we had already been looking. We wanted something more fun than the Sonata we were currently driving. Salesman Eric Adams helped us through the entire process. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Was very patient, helped us find the right car. We drove a Genesis Coupe, which we like very much, but it didn't have everything we wanted. My wife had driven the Veloster a few weeks earlier, and wanted to check them out again. Eric folded himself in to the back seat and went with us for another ride. We decided on the Veloster, and Eric helped us to get a good price on both our trade in, and our new Veloster. They were very good, coming back the first time with a solid price, then they went down a little more when we asked, the whole deal was very fast and easy, never trying to take advantage of us. Financing was a breeze, they explained everything, and even dropped a charge off the final papers because we didn't agree with it. The whole deal was fantastic. Less than a week later, we picked up a nail in the tire @ 7:30 pm. We went to Costco, and they couldn't fix it. We called the dealership, they said they were open until 9:00 pm, and they had a tire in stock for us! Who's dealer keeps the service department open till 9PM? WOW! When we got there, they replaced the tire for us, gave us a great price break on the tire, and had us back on the road in 30 minutes. Now, THIS IS A GREAT DEALERSHIP. Had to buy a new vehicle because our 2004 Hyundai Sonata was totaled in a car wreck. Wasn't looking at new Sonata's but when Ryan showed me that I could come close to the same price with a new GLS Sonata as I would with a used 2011 Sonata Limited, it looked like it could be possible. Although I didn't get all the features I was looking for in a used Sonata Limited, the new GLS had many features that were desirable. I love the way it drives and is awesome. More
