I have purchased many cars over the years. I have yet to meet a Car Salesman that has been as helpful without any pressure to buy, you can really tell that he cares about his customers. We went into this dealership with very low expectations. He gave us a few options, based on our price range, and it was then that I found my Nissan Rogue that I wanted. My husband and I are very picky when it comes to cars and Ryans patience on this matter was excellent. He was able to get it approved, and we took it for a few hours to discuss it and think. When we returned, we gave him a few conditions of our own, like re-buffing, and re-detailing, and he was more than happy to oblige with all of them. We had returned late, around 8:30 pm, and the dealership closes at 9. We stayed an extra hour and a half ish filling out paperwork, and getting everything ready, and not once did we feel rushed. The finance manager was very helpful, and friendly. We took our 3 yr old with us the whole day and both Mike and Ryan were so nice to our boy, that it made that much more of a difference to us. The reason I would recommend this dealership to others is because, we had been searching for about 2 weeks before entering this place, and all other dealerships we entered wouldn't either help us because of our credit () or would, with an outrageous monthly payment and apr, and with the sales experience, we definitely found what we would have hoped to find for anyone who isn't an experienced buyer. The lack of pressure we felt from them was such a difference from other dealers we visited in the area. More

He was very helpful and we felt like he really cared if we had found the right car. We did not feel any pressure during the sales experience, but found it a lot of fun in trying to reach a price on the vehicle we wanted.
