Murdock Auto Group started in 1982 with the opening of our Murdock Chevrolet store in Bountiful Utah. In 2005 with the purchase of our first Hyundai dealership in Orem, Utah , Murdock Hyundai began. In 2006 we purchased our Logan dealership and in 2008 we bought the Salt Lake City store . For our Hyundai dealerships our goal was simple, have a Murdock Hyundai in every neighborhood. Now we want more, we want a Murdock Hyundai in every driveway. Mason is the MAN!! i had the best car buying experience. I had a 1 year old with me that was running all over the dealership but all the staff and employees were so friendly towards him and had so much fun with him. Would I recommend these guys??? xxxx YES!!! if you must, go see other dealers but don't commit to anything until you come see these guys. Its car buying on a whole new level. Service was great, they didn't try to beat around the bush with me. I knew what I wanted and they knew what I wanted and did their best to get me in that exact car and they did. We went to the dealership looking for a specific vehicle, color and options. We wanted an electrolyte green Accent with heated leather sets, homelink mirror, and standard transmission. Joe looked through the color and options. We wanted an electrolyte green Accent with heated leather sets, homelink mirror, and standard transmission. Joe looked through the national inventory and didn't have much luck finding what we wanted. We test drove a red Accent and even took it home for the weekend. When we brought the red Accent back we had decided not to purchase a vehicle unless we could get the options we wanted and were thinking about ordering a custom Accent. Joe talked with the new vehicle sales manager and they found a green Accent with standard transmission in Colorado that the dealership was willing to trade for. Joe also called their specialty shop (Autobahn) and got price quotes to install the heated leather seats and homelink mirror. Mike helped with the financing and contracts. They even printed up two different contracts because we hadn't decided whether to trade in the Santa Fe or try and sell it on our own. We did end up trading in the Santa Fe and felt it was a fair price. They worked very hard to find what we wanted and make it work. Joe kept in touch and stayed on top of all the things that had to be coordinated. Thank you Joe -- We got the vehicle we were looking for at a great price! We will definitely recommend Murdock Hyundai to friends and family. It was a great experience. More
