We had a wonderful expereince at Murdock Hyundai again! Our last expereince was wonderful and when we were considering purchasing again, the Lindon location was our first stop. Went and had brand new tires on it, got it licensed and all, then about an hour later the engine light came on not sure what is going on with that, but as for the service from the dealership we have no complaints. I went to Murdock Hyundai of Lindon to look at a use Toyota Corolla that they had for sale. Lance and Mason were very friendly, and helpful. I made a deal on the car, but when taking it for a final drive to pick up a cashier check from my credit union to pay for the car, I realized that the rattle that was in the front portion of the car was still there. I was disappointed. I was promised that it would be taken care of, but it had not been repaired. When speaking to the sales men they felt that they had done all that they could do for the car, and could not invest any more money to resolve this problem. I had put money down on the car, but requested it back. I had to speak with the manager about the refund. I did and the problem was resolved in a very honorable manner to my sanctification. These are honest people. I did not purchase the car, but was treated fair. I was assured that next Monday that they would have a refund check for me to pick up. More

We had a great experience buying our first car from Murdock! We approached Lance with questions about how to qualify for getting a good car loan and he answered all our questions quickly and had us com Murdock! He helped us get the car we wanted and helped us select a car that would fit in our budget. He was honest with us, heard our concerns, and saved us money by letting us know about a Grad Student discount as well. Had a great experience with Murdock Hyundai after a harrowing experience with our Santa Fe. We had a transmission issue and being under warranty, Hyundai arranged to have the car towed to Murdock for r harrowing experience with our Santa Fe. We told Zane it was our only vehicle and even though the service department was very busy, they were able to squeeze us in and get the repairs done before the weekend. Throughout the day, Zane kept us updated on the status of the diagnostics and then the repairs, and that was greatly appreciated. It's great to know we have a great service option for our beloved Hyundai if and when we need it again! More

We had a very cooperative experience. The only complaint I would have is true of anywhere you go... It takes a full day to get through the price negotiations and the paperwork.
