I loved my experience with Murdock and Joe Macedone. There are so many extras that you don't get with other dealers. Will refer friends & family to this dealer . So many benefits to buying from Murdock. Car washes , shuttle service, service hours that fit many work schedules . Full room of parts to minimize your service time. Free drinks while you wait for service. I never felt the " car salesman " feel during my buying experience. I know they cared about me as a customer and not just me as a sale. Highly recommended !! Mason was awesome! He wasn't pushy at all, very friendly, and willing to work with me! the only bad thing was that it took way to long, i ended up spending my whole day there, and i spent more tha friendly, and willing to work with me! the only bad thing was that it took way to long, i ended up spending my whole day there, and i spent more than i was hoping. but other than that, the experience was great! I recently bought a car from Murdock Hyndai in Lindon and I could not love it more! I went to the lot not Planning on buying a car that night but drive off the lot with my new love! He wasn't just a sales man, by the end of the night I considered him a friend! He was so nice and worked so hard for me to get my first car! I will never be able to begin to explain how much I appreciate all the help and the hard work that went into me getting my new car! He continues to call and email to check up on me! Pros: Price, Mason (I felt he was very trustworthy), Michael (financing paperwork). Cons: It took all day to buy a car even though I knew which car I wanted and prearranged/and was preapproved for fi Michael (financing paperwork). I had to pay a $300 dealer fee and my car wasn't even detailed (the exterior was cleaned but the interior wasn't at all). I think if it is a "fleet car" and no effort is being put into cleaning it I shouldn't have to shoulder the full dealer fee. Getting my license plates took 8 phone calls and then I received them just before my temp expired (stress). I wasn't given copies of all paperwork I signed including a copy of my trade in title or my old license plates back (the DMV.gov website specifically states that the owner should keep a copy of the title and keep the license plates). More
