Pros: Price, Mason (I felt he was very trustworthy), Michael (financing paperwork). I had to pay a $300 dealer fee and my car wasn't even detailed (the exterior was cleaned but the interior wasn't at all). I think if it is a "fleet car" and no effort is being put into cleaning it I shouldn't have to shoulder the full dealer fee. Getting my license plates took 8 phone calls and then I received them just before my temp expired (stress). I wasn't given copies of all paperwork I signed including a copy of my trade in title or my old license plates back (the DMV.gov website specifically states that the owner should keep a copy of the title and keep the license plates). Our sales consultant, Jim Engle, was courteous, not pushy and answered all our questions. He made us feel welcome and took the time to help us understand and appreciate the Hyundai brand and all it has to offer. I heartily recommend Murdock and Jim especially. More
One of the best things about this particular dealership is how they do not hound you and do not over pressure you on any of the choices you are making.
