Murdock Hyundai made the sales experience extremely enjoyable. Jim Engle is a very straight forward and extremely nice salesman. He took the time to go over all of the paperwork involved and answered all of my questions. Jim and Hyrum both took the time to explain to me the warranty coverages that were transferring to me, as well as additional options for extended coverage. My family will be looking for a new SUV this upcoming spring, and I will be recommending that they try Murdock Hyundai first. I am sure that the other Salesmen are as nice as Jim, but I will choose him for all future transactions there. Willie has been a family friend for some time now and I personally know why is is very good at what he does and why he has been a Hyundai so long. We enjoyed the willingness of the salesmen to show us multiple cars. The dealership was very "luxurious", free soda, water, ect. The only thing that could be improved was the timeliness of the financing. It took over 2 hours to get in to meet with a finance guy, we came to the dealership qualified and a check from our bank to pay for the car. So I feel that process should not have taken that long! But overall I would highly recommend Murdock Hyundai in Lindon! More
