This the second vehicle we have bought from Murdocks. The first one had some problems with the configuration and the people at Murdocks bent over backwards helping us to get the problems fixed. And so when it came time to get a bigger vehicle so we could tow a bigger RV trailer, we went to Murdock Hyundai first. We were afraid we weren't quite ready financially to buy what we needed but the Mason Rose and his team went to work got the price and terms that would work for us. We were looking at 2013 Santa Fe's since the 2014s were not there yet, but they did their magic and found a 2014 that fit what we were after. And it was the right price. We also appreciated Hyrum Christensen who took some time to help us understand our credit report and what we could do to improve our credit rating. We have been Toyota owners for many years but we really like what we see in the Hyundai's. And it makes Hyundai's even better to be able to work with a dealer like Murdocks. Lorin Lords More

He was able to be with us, but not in an intrusive manner. My wife especially appreciated how both David and Joe helped us with the paperwork... not a fun part of buying a new vehicle. Oh my goodness... can I just say what a GREAT experience I had while visiting the Murdock Hyundai dealership of Lindon, UT!!! I'm sold on the customer service, patience, understanding, and overall work e I had while visiting the Murdock Hyundai dealership of Lindon, UT!!! I'm sold on the customer service, patience, understanding, and overall work ethic of Doug Thorn and Marc Whiting! Truly some great associates there at Murdock Hyundai of Lindon! In my pursuits of trying to find a new car to purchase, I previously visited four other dealerships and searched online to find the perfect car. Searching online I found a 2013 pre-owned certified Hyundai Sonata at the Murdock Hyundai of Lindon. Talking to my dad about car options, I had to see for myself the options available with the 2013 pre-owned certified Hyundai Sonata's. Mind you I live in Murray, UT and I have a Murdock Hyundai dealership within 5 minutes of my place, but seeing that the Lindon store had more of what I wanted (pre-owned, low miles, color of car, dealer incentives, and wanting the option of different sales experience), I made the trek down to Lindon, UT. My previous car was a 2004 Hyundai Sonata and I really enjoyed my car, but the time of service and repairs to my dear little salvaged title car were coming to an end. Marc Whiting was the lucky guy who was available at the time to help us and GOOD thing he was! I came in tow with one of my guy friends to help me in this adventure of buying a new car and goodness gracious did Marc have his hands full with the two of us. Marc was very helpful by providing great explanations of car options and details, he let us look around at the different options available, never pushy or annoyed with my decision making processes, and he laughed along with our jokes. Extra bonus! First trek down was on Monday, October 21 and I was able to get a lot of great information from Marc to take home and think about (something I need in making a big money decision). Second trek down was Thursday, October 24, and my thoughts were to get the 2013 pre-owned Hyundai Sonata I previously test drove on Monday. Upon arrival, my friend Larry (again in tow) wanted to know the cost difference between the pre-owned and a brand new 2013 Sonata GLS basic model. Let the adventure begin of searching the dealership parking lot for that brand new basic model car. Good times! :) Not finding what we were looking for Marc suggested we head in and try to find the exact car in the computer system. Starting the whole negotiations, Marc found out that the newer car was actually just sold up in SLC. Tell about heart break, but Marc came through with a better option! Onsite there was a BEAUTIFUL Pacific Blue Pearl car which was going to be my brand new car! Marc and Doug worked patiently and tirelessly to help get the perfect deal and finance options available!!! Thank goodness they were so very patient and understanding to let me take the figures home, think things over, and get all my finances in order (the newer car was a little more than I planned or expected) but let me reassure you.... I'm one HAPPY CUSTOMER! :) I LOVE my new Pacific Blue Pearl Hyundai Sonata!!! I love the additional options (hands-free phone system, power driver seat with power lumbar support, heated seats, Sirius XM radio, alloy wheels, plus everything else included in the car!) and the overall comfort of knowing I have a new car to help me get where I need to be.
