Jacob was very friendly and helpful throughout the car buying process. We came in twice. The first time we were trying to decide what type of car we wanted and he provided us with many good options within buying process. We came in twice. The second time we had decided the car we wanted and he answered all the questions we had and provided great service throughout the purchasing process. The great service that we received in our first visit is what prompted us to return the second time and to make the purchase. We were given all the details throughout and therefore did not have any surprises. The only bad thing I could say about the process is the time that it took from when we decided on a car until the time that we were able to leave. We arrived at the dealership around 4:00 knowing which car we wanted, but did not leave with the car until 7:30. More

When we decided on a vehicle, David was willing to negotiate our needs, and then we changed our minds and decided on a different vehicle. He was patient and kind and very willing to help us with our needs and negotiations without becoming impatient or pushy. We purchased a 2013 Hyundai Veloster Turbo and love our car. When we got home, my husband was going over the paperwork, and found that we were charged for nitrogen in the tires, and called the dealership. They promptly and kindly cut us a check for that charge and the matter was resolved. We are happy with our car, our experience, and would recommend Lindon Murdock Hyundai to friends.
