I am generally distrustful of the entire dealership experience. I expected nothing less than unpleasant experience in which I was haggled to purchase something not in my budget. I was so glad to be entirely wrong. Options were offered and when I ruled out those I could not handle, they were never discussed again. They worked hard with financing to get me the best rate because I was there to see the rate go from one thing to another in a drastic change. As long as Murdock is in business, I will buy my cars from them and share this experience with everyone I know. More

We came into Murdock Hyundai of Lindon as a "last resort," believe it or not. We had spent several weeks looking at Toyotas, Hondas, Nissans, GMC's, Acuras, you name it. But after not finding the right vehicle (for us) at those other car manufacturers and experiencing the "bad & the ugly" at other dealerships, we thought, why not, what do we have to lose? Well, we walked out of Murdock after purchasing a new 2014 Santa Fe Sport and couldn't be happier. This is the exact vehicle we were looking for. Hyundai is definitely a well-kept secret! This the second vehicle we have bought from Murdocks. The first one had some problems with the configuration and the people at Murdocks bent over backwards helping us to get the problems fixed. And so when it came time to get a bigger vehicle so we could tow a bigger RV trailer, we went to Murdock Hyundai first. We were afraid we weren't quite ready financially to buy what we needed but the Mason Rose and his team went to work got the price and terms that would work for us. We were looking at 2013 Santa Fe's since the 2014s were not there yet, but they did their magic and found a 2014 that fit what we were after. And it was the right price. We also appreciated Hyrum Christensen who took some time to help us understand our credit report and what we could do to improve our credit rating. We have been Toyota owners for many years but we really like what we see in the Hyundai's. And it makes Hyundai's even better to be able to work with a dealer like Murdocks. Lorin Lords More
