Murdock Auto Group started in 1982 with the opening of our Murdock Chevrolet store in Bountiful Utah. In 2005 with the purchase of our first Hyundai dealership in Orem, Utah , Murdock Hyundai began. In 2006 we purchased our Logan dealership and in 2008 we bought the Salt Lake City store . For our Hyundai dealerships our goal was simple, have a Murdock Hyundai in every neighborhood. Now we want more, we want a Murdock Hyundai in every driveway. I wanted to let you know of the great customer service that was given to us when we visited Murdock Hyundai of Lindon. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would especially like to point out the great service given to us by Jim Engle. Jim saw that we were stumbling around in the lot and came out to us to see if there was anything he could do to help. This would normally have irritated me a bit in that I would have assumed that he was coming out just to try and force a sale. However, Jim is a very nice guy and just by his smile and mannerisms you can tell that he genuinely likes and wants to help people. He earned our trust quickly by answering all our questions, not being pushy, and being genuine. Well, after answering our questions, letting us take a car for a test drive, and sitting down to finalize a quote we leased a 2013 Hyundai Tucson. We love the car, we think the world of Jim and are very pleased with the overall performance of Murdock Hyundai of Lindon. More

Aaron Handy took good care of us. He listened to my seven year old daughter and answered her questions. He was courteous at all times and made it a positive experience. I had only been gone from the dealership for a couple of minutes when he called me to inform me I had left my garage door opener in the trade-in car. Replacing that opener would have been expensive.
