However, Jim is a very nice guy and just by his smile and mannerisms you can tell that he genuinely likes and wants to help people. He earned our trust quickly by answering all our questions, not being pushy, and being genuine. Well, after answering our questions, letting us take a car for a test drive, and sitting down to finalize a quote we leased a 2013 Hyundai Tucson.
