I came to Murdock Hyundai after having some issues with my car. It was the first car that I ever bought and I was very apprehensive about trading it in. It had been a great car for the last seven years and was all paid off. I initially spoke with Jim Engle. He was very friendly and showed me around. He took me for a test drive and took the time to write up a quote for me so that i would have an idea of my lease options. It was only my first day looking for a new car, so I wasn't ready to make a commitment yet. When I came back a couple of weeks later, Ryan Bendtschneider took care of me. He was great. He took me on the 0-60-0 test drive and I felt like he got to know my personality and we found a car to fit (the Elantra GT). Ryan was very patient as I tried to make a decision as to the car to buy. He was still patient and friendly when I came back the next day to trade the black GT for the white one. He also helped me when I came back again to get another key made for my new car. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with my choice and did so without being pushy or annoyed at my indecisiveness! We have never experienced someone who actually took the added time to explain how ever little thing worked on our new Sonota. Willie even set up our Blue link and cell phones on the car. We have recommended this dealership to others and have had two of our children purchase cars from Murdock within the last year.
