This would normally have irritated me a bit in that I would have assumed that he was coming out just to try and force a sale. However, Jim is a very nice guy and just by his smile and mannerisms you can tell that he genuinely likes and wants to help people. He earned our trust quickly by answering all our questions, not being pushy, and being genuine. Well, after answering our questions, letting us take a car for a test drive, and sitting down to finalize a quote we leased a 2013 Hyundai Tucson. We love the car, we think the world of Jim and are very pleased with the overall performance of Murdock Hyundai of Lindon. More

Aaron Handy took good care of us. He listened to my seven year old daughter and answered her questions. He was courteous at all times and made it a positive experience. I had been searching for a white Azera with a moon roof and the technology package. I had begun in June of this year and had not had any luck. He was the only salesman I had spoken with that gave me any hope of finding this car in Utah, or close by, so I could avoid a large transportation fee. He was always optimistic, pleasant and never gave up. I had been told by my sales person in St George that it may be November before something would show up, or it may never happen. Aaron persisted and located the car we wanted , at the price we wanted,and facilitated the delivery to Murdock's in Linden. Even though he was away when we arrived, his partner Derick Thorn was very gracious and assisted us in the process of trading in our Sonata, setting up the appointment with Mike Hatfield, who was excellent at his job, and getting us situated in our new Azera. The whole process was made as comfortable for us as possible. We are very happy with our new Azera and we feel that we would not have this car if it had not been for Aaron and the rest of the staff.
