I really liked working with Mason. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. He made me feel comfortable and didn't make me feel stupid. I would give him the highest rating possible. I came to look at the cube and test drive it but was not at all planning on buying it. Mason some how did whatever was right to get the sell. Cameron was also very friendly and nice the first time I met with him and he took my down payment, however when I came back the next day to give him the check from my bank I almost thought he was a different person because he didn't give me the time of day. I felt I was an inconvenience/bother. There was a mistake made on the mileage of my vehicle. Murdock was very prompt at discovering what happened and correcting it for me. I appreciated them taking care of that for me. It could have posed a big problem had I not noticed that and brought it to their attention. More

Our experience at Murdock Hyundai was top of line across the board!! In all honesty, we had been needing to purchase a second car for about two months, but I disliked car buying so much that I just didn't the board!! Finally, I told myself that we had to just "get it over with" and go get another car. With an extremely guarded attitude, we began the process at another dealership in town. It was not my favorite experience....so much so that we didn't go out shopping again for a couple of weeks. We had previously owned a hyundai and so we decided to go ahead and give another hyundai a try. We arrived to the lot and started looking around. Out came Willie Rahlf and the process began. I will tell you that my experience with Willie as my salesman and the staff at Murdock Hyundai never made me feel pressured, awkward, or stressed. We changed our mind several times during the process and we needed time to think about our decision before making our final purchase. Willie and the financing department were all very patient and congenial as I went through the car buying process. They took into account what I was saying and what our family could and couldn't do, until we reached a purchase I loved and was comfortable with. I left feeling happy about our purchase instead of strained that maybe I got something I didn't want etc. or shot for a payment I couldn't afford. We love our new Santa Fe for both the quality and safety of the vehicle as well as the little extras that enhance our driving experience. I am not lying when I say I would recommend Murdock Hyundai to all of my friends. Thank you for letting me take time to think, ponder, and finally decided an a car we love!! More

He points out all of the features of the vehicle and demonstrates them while you are on the road so you can experience them first hand. He is quick to address concerns with good information so an educated choice can be made on a purchase. He is careful to get to know us and asks relevant questions so he can better ascertain which vehicle will best meet our needs and give us the best value. We have had friendly and helpful interactions with the other employees we mentioned and feel confident in the information we received from them. We have been so well served by Murdock that we don't even think of visiting another Hyundai dealership. We are happy with how we are treated there and feel completely comfortable putting our trust in these men and this dealership. We had an unfortunate mishap 4 hours after purchasing the car. I was driving down the road and ran over a small key (to a car or house) and it got stuck in tire. Low tire pressure light came on and I made it back to the dealership. The service girl was great in getting the tire fixed and didn't charge me anything. Her and Derrick consoled me and assured me I was still a good driver. Everyone was so warm and friendly towards us. Thanks Derrick, you rock!! More

First, it just took SO LONG.....much too long....way too long...to accomplish something that should not require that much time. We left at 3pm Saturday, deal done, except for loan approval and paperwork...w long...to accomplish something that should not require that much time. We left at 3pm Saturday, deal done, except for loan approval and paperwork...which we got a call that it was approved etc around 5 ish......we asked them to get the papers ready and we will come in later and sign them....we got there at 7pm and waited and waited and waited....when we finally got in to sign the papers it was after 845 pm and they STILL did not have our papers ready. That was really, really disappointing and frustrating. One other thing that was deeply diappointing ...... We got a voice msg from Jim around 9pm Friday, saying that he thought the 10k out the door was do-able with 500 down and the trade....when we got to negotiation time we quickly discovered that 10K out the door WAS NEVER do-able. We did not even get to 10K with tax, title and registration. Wished Jim would have been more upfront and honest about that. I have bought 4 cars from Murdock Lindon and always left with a very positive expereince, except this one. I know you are asking if I will be in for #5.and if I reccomend Murdock of Lindon...I am not certain about that reponse either. More
