Cameron was also very friendly and nice the first time I met with him and he took my down payment, however when I came back the next day to give him the check from my bank I almost thought he was a different person because he didn't give me the time of day. I felt I was an inconvenience/bother. There was a mistake made on the mileage of my vehicle. Murdock was very prompt at discovering what happened and correcting it for me. In all honesty, we had been needing to purchase a second car for about two months, but I disliked car buying so much that I just didn't the board!! Finally, I told myself that we had to just "get it over with" and go get another car. With an extremely guarded attitude, we began the process at another dealership in town. It was not my favorite experience....so much so that we didn't go out shopping again for a couple of weeks. We had previously owned a hyundai and so we decided to go ahead and give another hyundai a try. We arrived to the lot and started looking around. Out came Willie Rahlf and the process began. I will tell you that my experience with Willie as my salesman and the staff at Murdock Hyundai never made me feel pressured, awkward, or stressed. We changed our mind several times during the process and we needed time to think about our decision before making our final purchase. Willie and the financing department were all very patient and congenial as I went through the car buying process. They took into account what I was saying and what our family could and couldn't do, until we reached a purchase I loved and was comfortable with. I left feeling happy about our purchase instead of strained that maybe I got something I didn't want etc. or shot for a payment I couldn't afford. We love our new Santa Fe for both the quality and safety of the vehicle as well as the little extras that enhance our driving experience. Low tire pressure light came on and I made it back to the dealership. The service girl was great in getting the tire fixed and didn't charge me anything. Her and Derrick consoled me and assured me I was still a good driver. Everyone was so warm and friendly towards us. Thanks Derrick, you rock!! More
