Bryan and Jason were awesome. They made us feel comfortable right from the get-go. My husband and I wanted to purchase our first brand new car and trade in our old one. We had gone to a Mazda dealership and it was just out right a terrible experience. The sales man was not personable or friendly and didn't seem to care about what we really wanted or needed. I was very uncomfortable there and wanted to get out as soon as possible. When we came to Hyundai, the experience was completely different. Bryon came out while we were looking at the cars and immediately put us at ease with his friendliness. He asked questions that made us feel like he truly wanted to help us find the perfect car. We had a pretty good idea of what we already wanted but were on a tight budget. Bryon and the rest of the team that helped us truly helped us find a car that fit for what we could afford. I didn't feel like they were trying to hide any hidden costs and were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional the entire time. Just because of the Hyundai team alone I would buy a car there. But also we absolutely love our new car. Thank you for helping us and not trying to cheat us out of what we needed and wanted! More

Murdock Hyundai gave me such a fantastic experience. I had heard good things from my parents who bought a car there and was excited to give it a try myself. I am a single mom with a tight, tight budget, so just going to look for a new car was very stressful for me. I really don't like the dealerships where as soon as you walk in/drive in, a sales person is h going to look for a new car was very stressful for me. I really don't like the dealerships where as soon as you walk in/drive in, a sales person is hounding you. I actually had to go ask for help, which I don't mind, because I was ready for help by then. Tyler Robinson was delightful! He wasn't pushy at all and I sensed that he was being honest with me. On the Saturday before I got my car I was there for about 8 hours (took a lunch in-between). I really wasn't feeling very well -- I was fading pretty fast-- so the manager, Paul Tew, told me that with a down payment I could take the car home for the weekend and we would finish up the financing later. On Monday I called in sick to work but Tyler said that was fine, we'd finalize the next day. They didn't seem to worry about me having the car too much, so I still didn't feel too stressed or pushed. Thank you Murdock Hyundai Lindon for an overall great experience that could have been much more stressful than it was! More

The day before I went to Murdock Lindon, I was at the Mazda dealership in Murray and it left such a bad taste in my mouth. There was way too much pressure from the salesman. I usually hate going to dealerships for this very reason. But, when I went to Murdock in Lindon and worked with Codie, it felt like night and day. He was very chill, accommodating and no pressure with anything. Got a great deal on an Elantra and he even offered to buy us dinner because we were there so late. More

I will never go to another dealership to buy another car before first coming to Murdock Hyundai of Lindon! Lynn was able to quickly find us a vehicle with our specific needs and got us out the door very qui before first coming to Murdock Hyundai of Lindon! He was a newer salesman but was always sure to double check with other members of the team if he wasn't sure on how to answer our questions. I felt like I was always provided with honest, excellent service despite him not always having immediate answers. He attentively listened to us and never tried to force us into something we didn't want. We did a lot of research before coming in and were prepared to haggle a bit to get what we wanted but I didn't end up feeling like it was a huge fight to get what I wanted. Whenever you can leave a dealership with a car and not feel put out or exhausted because you had to really push for a good deal is a WIN. We were able to work out a deal that we are very happy with and got exactly what we wanted out of our trade in. A few days later I noticed some scratches on the card that I didn't see when we checked out the car (we were in a bit of a rush and didn't check out the outside). I brought the car back in to see if they would do anything to fix them up a bit and Casey took care of me very quickly. In about an hour I had my new (used) car back with a HUGE improvements on the scratches, even more than I expected. They had buffed out a bunch of them and applied touch up paint to make the Santa Fe look wonderful!! I was so happy with this service and would definitely recommend! More
