Murdock Hyundai gave me such a fantastic experience. I had heard good things from my parents who bought a car there and was excited to give it a try myself. I got down to a good price and I am happy I came to Murdock Hyundai! I completely recommend it! More

I am a single mom with a tight, tight budget, so just going to look for a new car was very stressful for me. I really don't like the dealerships where as soon as you walk in/drive in, a sales person is h going to look for a new car was very stressful for me. I really don't like the dealerships where as soon as you walk in/drive in, a sales person is hounding you. I actually had to go ask for help, which I don't mind, because I was ready for help by then. Tyler Robinson was delightful! He wasn't pushy at all and I sensed that he was being honest with me. On the Saturday before I got my car I was there for about 8 hours (took a lunch in-between). I really wasn't feeling very well -- I was fading pretty fast-- so the manager, Paul Tew, told me that with a down payment I could take the car home for the weekend and we would finish up the financing later. On Monday I called in sick to work but Tyler said that was fine, we'd finalize the next day. They didn't seem to worry about me having the car too much, so I still didn't feel too stressed or pushed. Thank you Murdock Hyundai Lindon for an overall great experience that could have been much more stressful than it was! More

I would highly recommend Murdock as a place to be treated fairly and with respect. I felt at ease for the first time buying a new car. The day before I went to Murdock Lindon, I was at the Mazda dealership in Murray and it left such a bad board? Yes, absolutely! Codie was fantastic. The day before I went to Murdock Lindon, I was at the Mazda dealership in Murray and it left such a bad taste in my mouth. There was way too much pressure from the salesman. I usually hate going to dealerships for this very reason. But, when I went to Murdock in Lindon and worked with Codie, it felt like night and day. He was very chill, accommodating and no pressure with anything. Got a great deal on an Elantra and he even offered to buy us dinner because we were there so late. More

He was a newer salesman but was always sure to double check with other members of the team if he wasn't sure on how to answer our questions. I felt like I was always provided with honest, excellent service despite him not always having immediate answers. He attentively listened to us and never tried to force us into something we didn't want. We did a lot of research before coming in and were prepared to haggle a bit to get what we wanted but I didn't end up feeling like it was a huge fight to get what I wanted. Whenever you can leave a dealership with a car and not feel put out or exhausted because you had to really push for a good deal is a WIN. We were able to work out a deal that we are very happy with and got exactly what we wanted out of our trade in. A few days later I noticed some scratches on the card that I didn't see when we checked out the car (we were in a bit of a rush and didn't check out the outside). I brought the car back in to see if they would do anything to fix them up a bit and Casey took care of me very quickly. In about an hour I had my new (used) car back with a HUGE improvements on the scratches, even more than I expected. They had buffed out a bunch of them and applied touch up paint to make the Santa Fe look wonderful!! I was so happy with this service and would definitely recommend! More

I have always been wary of dealerships, having previously dealt with a few shifty sales people. The second I stepped onto the lot at Murdock, I felt comfortable.
