Our experience at Murdock Hyundai was awesome! Everyone was very friendly and made us feel right at home. Before we realized it we had spent four hours with Michael Dillenbeck driving a couple different Santa Fe's and deciding on what vehicle would make us happy. I guess it is true that time flies when you are having fun! Michael was very patient and understanding to our needs and wants when it came to trading in our old Santa Fe and purchasing a brand new one. Michael went over all the details we needed to know to purchase a new vehicle and helped us to feel comfortable in doing so. The Customer service was excellent as we worked with Paul Tew and Jason Stites on the details. We have always been very happy with the service dept. and friendliness of everyone who works at the Murdock Hyundai. Buying a car was a BIG decision for me... after deciding that I wanted a Hyundai Sonata I was approached by Joe Macedone offering to take me out on a test drive. There were several options to choose from and the price couldn't be beat (trust me I checked!). This was going to be my first NEW car ever, and I wanted it to be perfect. I was very excited! After looking over the different car options available on the Sonata I had made a choice of features and color. I told Joe that as soon as I get home from my trip I wanted to pick up my new car, he said "No problem." As I arrived home a week later I called him up and he told me that the car was ready and waiting for me. I jumped in my car and arrived at Murdock Hyundai to pick up my new car as planned and Joe had everything ready for me as promised, he made it so easy! But the unexpected happened! Something that was about to change EVERYTHING! As I glanced over at the car lot I noticed one of the sharpest, sexiest cars I have ever seen!!! So, of course, I HAD to ask Joe about it; the make, model, etc. What type of car was it?! He began to tell me that it is the new GENESIS COUPE. Now, I had heard of the Genesis models before on TV and knew that it was a more luxurious sports car (GENESIS = VERY FAST & FUN) but had never driven one. I asked him if I could just test drive it before I signed papers on the Sonata, and he said absolutely (very friendly guy)! As soon as I sat in the car I felt different... a rush of excitement came over me and my heart started racing! After admiring the gauges, dials, switches and features (color scheme inside is PERFECTION!) I pulled out on to the freeway to see how sporty it really was, and I was blown away at the speed and handling. Remembering that this was only a test drive I didn't take it to the limit but knew she was capable of a lot more! After all it has the 2.0T engine which is pretty much bulletproof! Once I arrived back at the lot I told Joe that I wanted the Genesis instead of the Sonata. I knew either option was great, after all they are both Hyundai's right?! He asked me certain questions, making sure that I was making a good decision, which I appreciated, and then switched out the paperwork for the Genesis very swiftly as requested. Her name is Myah by the way, my new GENESIS. She is the most amazing vehicle I have ever owned! People stop me often inquiring about the type of car and where I bought it. I tell them I bought it at Murdock Hyundai of Lindon of course. :) Thanks Joe! More
Bryon never put any pressure on us which I liked. He seemed to focus more on finding the vehicle that fit our needs and wants, than just trying to sell a vehicle. Joe was amazing. I knew which car I wanted and we never deviated from that vehicle. I got the deal that I needed. He even offered to help me fix some of the issues with the car himself! We have been doing business with Murdock Hyundai for many years. Whenever we come into the dealership for either sales or service, we are immediately greeted by name and treated with friendliness and respect years. Whenever we come into the dealership for either sales or service, we are immediately greeted by name and treated with friendliness and respect. Michael Dillenbeck has sold me my last two vehicles. He always visits with me and strives to find out exactly what I am looking for and how he can best fulfill my needs in the car that fits me best and the price that is within my budget. Another thing that I really appreciate is that all options and charges are fully explained and we are never pressured to purchase more car or options than we have budget for. Michael always follows up with phone calls and emails after the sales to make sure that we are getting the most from our vehicle and that we know exactly how different options and features work. Three of our adult children have also purchased vehicles from Murdock and we will continue to be customers in any needs we have for our cars. I also choose to always bring my car to be serviced at Murdock. They take good care of me and always give me the best prices that are out there. They have changed the way we look at car sales. Until we started coming to Murdock, we never fully understood or felt comfortable with the transactions that were taking place. More

Upon arrival we were greeted by an enthusiastic salesperson who immediately found the salesman with whom we had an appointment. (We used the Costco Auto Program.) Aaron had prepared for our visit by asking pertinent questions on the phone and searching his inventory for cars to meet our desires, as well as searching other dealers' inventories for our desired colors and options. He answered all our questions about Hyundai models as well as competing ones knowledgeably, checking references if unsure. We really appreciated Aaron's professionalism. We came to test drive the Elantra and Sonata models. Once we chose the Sonata GLS and our color, he arranged for it to be brought from the Murdock location in Murray. Upon reviewing our credit rating the finance department offered us a great rate. If there is any negative it is the length of time it took to handle the financing. It has been many years since we financed a car so we didn't realize how this is handled these days. We returned the next day, had a good discussion with Paul Dew, the General Manager, and brought our new car home. More

I had looked at another dealership & was not impressed. I had decided that my car was as great as the ones I had been looking at. I did not love any of them. But then I went to the Murdoch dealership. I was very impressed with the inventory and facilities. Lance was a super salesman. I would definitely give him highest rating possible. More
