Upon arrival we were greeted by an enthusiastic salesperson who immediately found the salesman with whom we had an appointment. (We used the Costco Auto Program.) Aaron had prepared for our visit by asking pertinent questions on the phone and searching his inventory for cars to meet our desires, as well as searching other dealers' inventories for our desired colors and options. He answered all our questions about Hyundai models as well as competing ones knowledgeably, checking references if unsure. We really appreciated Aaron's professionalism. We came to test drive the Elantra and Sonata models. Once we chose the Sonata GLS and our color, he arranged for it to be brought from the Murdock location in Murray. Upon reviewing our credit rating the finance department offered us a great rate. If there is any negative it is the length of time it took to handle the financing. It has been many years since we financed a car so we didn't realize how this is handled these days. We returned the next day, had a good discussion with Paul Dew, the General Manager, and brought our new car home. More

We bought a car a year ago from somewhere else and the transmission went out twice and we had to pay for it both times. It was a stressful situation. Now we couldn't be happier with our new Elantra. I had a really good experience coming to Hyundai. I usually hate going to car places to look because the salemen are so pushy, but Tim was really good to work with.
