We bought a car a year ago from somewhere else and the transmission went out twice and we had to pay for it both times. It was a stressful situation. Now we couldn't be happier with our new Elantra. I had a really good experience coming to Hyundai. I usually hate going to car places to look because the salemen are so pushy, but Tim was really good to work with. Jacob Banks was amazing! He was so comfortable to be around the moment we met him. He kept in touch via email and was NEVER pushy and I NEVER felt pressured. We decided to go with used a couple of months later and I didn't want to go anywhere else because I liked Jake so much.
