I had been test driving cars for several weeks in Logan, Utah. I visited my son in Orem and he went to look and drive with me. I have a limited budget and the car I previously owned basically died and I h Utah. I visited my son in Orem and he went to look and drive with me. I have a limited budget and the car I previously owned basically died and I had little cash. Altogether we visited nearly 10 locations, including Logan. Jim Engle was the first person I met at the dealership. My son visited with him about the car with the sign regarding $1000 down/200 pr month lease to own a new Elantra. From our first discussion to the last I felt Mr Engle treated both of us with dignity and respect. He listened to us, did not try to push us into something more expensive or with more options to increase the cost. He knew the car and explained it as naturally as if he had built it. There were many cars on the lot, many choices in colors and fabric. The car we chose to test drive was the car we bought the next day. The next day I came back to see how we would work out the financing. I met Mike Hatfield he was able to make the payment fit my monthly budget by increasing the down payment somewhat. I felt both Mr Engle and Mr Hatfield honored my need to keep the payment down and worked to make that possible. We were given a tour of the facility, met the shop manager and they explained the services there. Everything was clean and well organized. I appreciate services you offer.
