We had an amazing experience at Murdock Hyundai. We had put off shopping for a car for several weeks because we usually hate the dealership experience. After doing research online we decided to make this put off shopping for a car for several weeks because we usually hate the dealership experience. After doing research online we decided to make this our first stop just based on prices alone even though it was 45 minutes away. Right off the back we knew this dealership was different. The salesmen weren't pushy or in our face. They were just helpful and friendly. Jim was so sweet and it felt like we were just talking to a good friend instead of a car salesman. The process was pretty painless and we came home with our new car that very day which made our whole family very happy. Thanks Murdock Hyundai for making our car buying experience so wonderful. More

The wife and I had a very pleasant experience from the time we walked in the door until we left with a new Sonata. Everyone that saw us was very friendly and helpful. Jim and Jo were very helpful i n ex time we walked in the door until we left with a new Sonata. Everyone that saw us was very friendly and helpful. Jim and Jo were very helpful i n explaining the difference in the different models and the options on each. They explained in detail the functions of our vehicle. Of course, we don't remember all they told us but with their explanations and the owner manual we are gradually becoming comfortable with some of them. Several times they told us if we had any questions to call either of them at any time day or night. and we will be calling them on a couple of items. We really enjoy the way it handles and the ride, so much different than the one we traded in. I ended up getting a car from here, but my experience wasn't the best. To get me to come in they lowered the price of the car I was wanting which was nice and they also told me they could get me a pretty wasn't the best. When I heard that I was thinking in the 2-3% range since that is what I was getting at the other dealership. Once I had started signing papers they said my rate was 5.99% and that was with my dad signing. By myself they said that it would be 16%! That is not my idea of a good rate. Also while I was with the financial guy he seemed like he was getting a little impatient with my questions. With the rate surprise, I wanted to make sure I knew what I was signing, so I asked a lot of questions. Daniel was new so it is understandable that he didn't know all the answers I was asking, (such as warranties and such) but that made it a little more stressful for me because I didn't know if I was getting the real scoop or not sometimes. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase but for me it was quite stressful trying to figure out what was truth and what wasn't and trying to make sure that I knew what I was getting into. From that experience I don't want you to think I hate the facility now. Casey, Cameron and Daniel were all nice but my whole experience of buying the car was incredibly stressful. Others I dealt with were less stressful...hence the no. More
This is the third car we have bought from Joe in the past couple of years. This experience felt like all the others. Joe goes above and beyond what any other salesmen has ever done for us.
