I looked at the internet and my car dealerships before deciding to go to Murdock in Lindon. I called Daryl Ball on the phone to set up an appointment--he was very friendly and kind on the phone. When we arrived a few minutes early and Daryl was still working a coustomer, but Daryl had another employee come talk with us and show us around while Daryl finished up. We talked with Daryl, went on a test drive and decided on the one to buy. When it came time to talk deals and financing, everyone was great and easy to work with. There was no high pressure to do anything. All in all it was a very good experience and did not take long to sign all the paper work. I would highly recommend Murdock to any of my friends and family. I had a wonderful experience at Murdock Hyundai Lindon shopping for my new Tuscon. I thought that Daniel was very patient with us and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. We originally went into the Orem Mazda dealership to purchase a new vehicle. When we were there we felt pressured by the staff, and felt like we were treated very poorly. When we arrived we met with Jim and he provided the best car buying experience we have ever had. He was very patient with all the questions I asked and answered all of them honestly. We felt absolutely no pressure, and the whole experience was stress-free. We will be buying all our future cars through Murdock and recommending our family and friends! More

Ryan Knight was outstanding during my visit to Murdock Hyundai. We found the perfect match for my needs. I meant to write to Paul Tew and let him know how impressed I was with Ryan. He came in on his day off to seal the deal--for this I am grateful. Good Guy. Ryan was patient and friendly throughout. Unfortunately I was not as thrilled when it came to the purchase process. I needed to use my own financing, and believe I was bullied into going with another source of Murdock's choice, this part of the purchase was the only let down after a great experience with Ryan. I will most likely refinance with my own credit union after a few months. The reason given was that Murdock Hyundai did not want to wait for the credit union to send payment, although I repeatedly stated that what I had was a check in hand. Yeah for Ryan Knight. Boo for the final purchase procedure. More

We had an amazing experience at Murdock Hyundai. We had put off shopping for a car for several weeks because we usually hate the dealership experience. After doing research online we decided to make this our first stop just based on prices alone even though it was 45 minutes away. Right off the back we knew this dealership was different. The salesmen weren't pushy or in our face. They were just helpful and friendly. Jim was so sweet and it felt like we were just talking to a good friend instead of a car salesman.
