Ryan Baker is a great guy who knows his product well; he was a Hyundai owner before he became a Hyundai salesman. And Mike Hatfield is a paperwork wizard. He helped us arrange financing, register our new car, and coordinate for the after-market products. He is knowledgeable, efficient, and so incredibly nice. We really like seeing all our Murdock friends--it's almost too bad that our Sonata is so reliable, it would be nice to see them more often. More
I found my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee online, and emailed a response to the dealership (Murdock Hyundai Lindon). I got off work at 1845 and promptly picked up my wife and started the hour and ten minute drive south to the dealership. When I arrived, Jason was busy with a customer which, i understood and, was alright with me because he sent his best man to help me and my wife immediately. The car was in the front and ready to be looked at b4 i got there. Ryan showed us the car took us for the test drive, and gave us plenty of time to talk alone and discuss our feelings about the vehicle, although we decided during the test drive that we were going to get this vehicle. Ryan worked numbers with us on our trade and got us the most possible out of our trade in (500 over KBB to be exact). He also worked the price with us on the jeep so our monthly payments when all said and done was where we needed them to be, as we were expecting a baby girl in just under a month at the time of purchase. After Jason Stites was done with his customer, he came over to where we were, and introduced himself to us and wanted to make sure that Ryan was doing everything he could, and apologized for being busy when we arrived and showed genuine emotions to the apology, to which we responded Ryan was doing Great, and that we understood his being tied up at time of arrival. We started the paperwork and got financed through American First Credit Union, my original loan was with Navy Federal Credit Union. We signed the paper work, and were on our way by 0000 hours (midnight). Ryan was not upset, nor did he complain once or show negative body language at the fact that we were there 3 hours after their closing time. They gave us the Jeep with a full tank of gas, and fully detailed, the Jeep looked beautiful. We were given ample time to clean out the Mazda (our trade) and receive all of our belongings. Ryan came out when we were done and offered to take our garbage for us, he then asked if he could take our photo in front of the vehicle, and the store, to which we agreed. The next couple of days he texted me (as i said it was ok to do) to ask us how we liked the vehicle, and how my wife and the baby were doing, which was very nice of him to do as he didn't have to but wanted to. He also told me that he would call AFCU and tell them to hold the completion of the loan agreement, then advised me to call NFCU who I had my original loan through, to see if we could get a lower rate. After calling NFCU they gave me a 2% better interest rate then AFCU. So even after we had done all the paper work, and Ryan's job was "done" he still helped us get a better deal 2 days after he didn't have to talk to us anymore. About a month after we bought the vehicle, we received in the mail, an amazingly done calendar with the picture of my wife and I that Ryan had taken the night of the sale, to no charge to us, and also as a complete surprise. Both Jason and Ryan, showed amazing levels of professionalism, attitude, and work ethic, and integrity. Both me and my wife have decided that for future car buying expeditions, we will make the hour and ten minute drive back to Murdock Hyundai in Lindon. Anyone else looking for a vehicle I strongly recommend at least calling the dealership and asking for either of these two gentlemen, even if they don't have the vehicle, that you are looking for or need, let them find it for you, they are fast, hardworking, and have your best interests in mind. Taking into consideration the price, appearance, performance and the overall good feeling I got from the car, I was ready to do business. Mike Dillenbeck is a really pleasant person. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly. I have recommended this dealership to a few of my friends. A positive experience all around. More

Went in looking for a used SUV with specific needs. I was not run around and shown a bunch of cars I didn't want, he took me to the few they had and was very honest with the pricing and quality of the vehicl not run around and shown a bunch of cars I didn't want, he took me to the few they had and was very honest with the pricing and quality of the vehicles and did not try to push me into something else just to keep us there like several other dealerships did. The used car manager is very easy to work with and his professionalism shows through his sales staff. Once we decided on the vehicle, they let me take it home overnight to see if we truly wanted it (they didn't even insist on riding with us!!) Ryan was very attentive and not overbearing, even Mike the finance guy was great to work with. Overall it was the best buying experiences we have and probably will ever have. Thanks guys!! More
These guys went over and above for me when we were looking for a new car. When I found one I wanted at the Salt Lake Murdock, they transported it to Lindon for me so that I wouldn't have to drive down looking for a new car. Garrett and Cody were fantastic, were very helpful while still being LOW PRESSURE, have followed up several times to make sure I'm happy with the car, and have overall just been great. We got our 2012 Sonata Limited for a great price and it is an AWESOME car. I will definitely return next time we are in the market for another new car. More
Loved the fact that there was zero pressure to buy. We test drove at least 10 cars and when we were finally ready to buy they kept the dealership open an extra hour to finish with us! Very impressed.
