The car we selected on the internet and made an appointment to test drive was ready and our contact person greeted us as we entered the showroom floor. After an hour and a half we were about to leave and still some items agree on was still not done and if we didn't catch it it would have been our lose. We have been back for service and we give the service dept. FIVE STARS on the work. We are now having troubling with a hard down shift at about 20 MPH but from what we have found on the Internet it's a HYUNDAI problem, we hope when we go in for this the service dept. will come through More

I found a Jeep on Murdock's website that was exactly what I wanted. I called, talked to Daryl, worked out the details, and flew to Salt Lake City a few days later. I was met at the airport by a young Murdock employee who drove me to the dealership in Lindon. My Jeep was sitting in the lot, having been thoroughly detailed and filled with gas. I took the Jeep for a test drive--though I knew from the Carfax it was in excellent condition--came back to Murdock and exchanged the cashier's check I took with me for the paperwork on the Jeep. I felt like I met half of the employees and was treated with the attention most dealerships reserve for their long time return customers. When I left Murdock I reflected on how much my first online car purchase far exceeded my expectations. And since returning home to Texas I have received phone calls and letters from both the salesman, Daryl Ball, and the general manager, Paul Tew, checking with me to ask how the Jeep was on the trip home and to let me know if there was anything I needed not to hesitate to let them know. In short, I have to say that I have only had one other experience buying a car that comes close to my purchase from Murdock. When I tell people who compliment the Jeep that I bought it from a dealership in Utah, I get the same question: Why? He never "sells" you a car, he treats you like a grown up and with respect, and is there to answer any question you may have. He doesn't "hard sell", or use the old cliches like "what do I have to do to put you in this car," etc. He TALKS to you, and finds out what YOU need. He is the best car salesman I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Doug even got down on the floor to play cars with my son, while we signed the paperwork. Everytime we've needed anything, he's helped us...and always has a toy or a treat for my son. He's not one of these people that will move on after they get the sale, he continues providing great service. I wouldn't buy from anyone else...and just a note to Murdock..if he ever goes to another dealer...we're going with him lol. We had a couple of issues with our Santa Fe, nothing major, just a couple of small things, and they were taken care of right away, no questions asked. We've also had great dealings with the financial department, who had us in and out in no time, with our new ride, but still took the time to explain every detail and answer every question. I'm a huge fan, and will be a repeat customer...plus...never hesitate to send friends and family there too. This is the way a dealership should be ran. I've never had a better experience. More

I was doing preventative servicing with a belt. They were very quick. I was sent an e-mail outlining other things I might want to have done on my car. It was helpful. THIS CAR ROCKS!!!! Just got a new Hyundai elantra Touring. The "salesmen" - if you could even call them that (meaning they treated me more like a person, than a paycheck) I worked with were Cameron W Touring. I cannot tell you how great the service was. I did all of the work to see if I could trust this dealership. First, I needed financing- they came to me with a deal. I then checked my bank to see if I could score a better one. Well... I COULDN'T. Which means, not only were they HONEST with me, but they got me a great deal. The car is working GREAT so far. No issues what so ever. I would recommend these guys for your next vehicle purchase any day!!! More
