Murdock Auto Group started in 1982 with the opening of our Murdock Chevrolet store in Bountiful Utah. In 2005 with the purchase of our first Hyundai dealership in Orem, Utah , Murdock Hyundai began. In 2006 we purchased our Logan dealership and in 2008 we bought the Salt Lake City store . For our Hyundai dealerships our goal was simple, have a Murdock Hyundai in every neighborhood. Now we want more, we want a Murdock Hyundai in every driveway. The first good car-buying experience we’ve had! I work with dealerships and am familiar with the industry. This, however, was the first good car-buying experience we’ve ever had. Taylor (our salesma I work with dealerships and am familiar with the industry. This, however, was the first good car-buying experience we’ve ever had. Taylor (our salesman) and Jason (Sales Manager) and Mason (FI Director) were incredibly helpful and candid. They were friendly, truly wanted us to help, and did their best. They were mindful of their own margins (rightfull so) but we’re just as mindful of ours. They were fair and honest, and I appreciated that. There was no pressure at any point and I felt in control of my own opinions the whole time, as opposed to feeling like you’re being fooled. Unlike a different dealership we’ve been to before, they didn’t try to lie to me when my trade-in has a ridiculously low trade offer and they didn’t try to make me think that I wouldn’t be able to sell it on KSL (the other dealer tried to scare me into trading in my 2002 vehicle). I 100% recommend that anybody purchase their next vehicle here st Murdock Hyundai! More
