Murdock Auto Group started in 1982 with the opening of our Murdock Chevrolet store in Bountiful Utah. In 2005 with the purchase of our first Hyundai dealership in Orem, Utah , Murdock Hyundai began. In 2006 we purchased our Logan dealership and in 2008 we bought the Salt Lake City store . For our Hyundai dealerships our goal was simple, have a Murdock Hyundai in every neighborhood. Now we want more, we want a Murdock Hyundai in every driveway. Taylor was Awesome! Other dealerships don't compare. I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the non-pushiness as well. We brought our 2 and a half year old daughter and she was well received as well which helps parents alot! My salesman Taylor impressed me from the start with his neatness, patient demeanor and overall knowledge. He was able to answer our questions immediately and was happy to take us on test drives and got us into the Santa Fe that we were interested in. Buying a car can be stressful but Taylor took all the stress out of the occasion. I have already sent 2 people to buy a car from Taylor and I will be sending more because I had such a good experience. Thank you Taylor ! More

Great Salesman, Bad Finance Our salesman was AMAZING. I loved working with him. He was humble, easy to work with, nice, and I felt like he had our best interest in mind. The f Our salesman was AMAZING. I loved working with him. He was humble, easy to work with, nice, and I felt like he had our best interest in mind. The finance guy, Mike, however, was difficult. He was very manipulative, and insulting. We told him over and over again that we couldn't afford the add ons that he was pushing on us. Our kids were crying, they were tired, it had been a long process, and instead of taking a no for an answer he kept pushing and pushing and insulting until finally we agreed to do something we didn't want to do. He added on to our monthly payment, and made a good experience turn sour. I know he's invincible though, since he's high up in the company, so this complaint is probably pointless. But I felt very insulted and manipulated by him. Maybe that kind of force would have gone away if he wasn't trying to get commission? Seth our salesman was fantastic. Mike the finance guy must have been tired or grumpy. More
