Service has deteriorated Bought a new Santa Fe Limited. It had a little blemish on front end. I had requested the front two windows to be tinted. I had to make an appointme Bought a new Santa Fe Limited. It had a little blemish on front end. I had requested the front two windows to be tinted. I had to make an appointment as the paint was only done on Mon. and Wends. I made an appointment for the 10th of July and arrived early. I was told they would need the car all day, acceptable. I left the car and at 5:10pm had not heard from them so I called. The paint had been done but they could get the tinting done. I asked for the courtesy car to come get me so I could get the car. I waited almost 2 1/2 hours, no driver. I called again, this time I was on hold for service 22.15 mins. They finally got on the phone and sent a driver. I got my car back at about 9pm. It was dirtier than when I brought it in that morning. No real explanation as to why they were unable to get the work done. They wanted me to come back Aug 2, 2017 for the tinting. Should have left the car there until all the bugs were out. Sale was made and there were no hurry, More

New car with problems/Lemon In regards to this Hyundai Veloster our business purchased earlier this year. We have been extremely unsatisfied with this experience. We have owned a In regards to this Hyundai Veloster our business purchased earlier this year. We have been extremely unsatisfied with this experience. We have owned and purchased many Hyundai cars in our family and have never had reason to complain. Including a 2013 Hyundai Veloster that we traded at the time of this purchase. From the onset the car engine light has been turning on and off, and the engine isn't running smoothly, the turbo has a huge delay and sometimes it has a lag, almost like a misfire. We have brought the car back multiple times everytime they give us some explanation and then it happens again. As far as we are concerned we bought a brand new car -- you can't be having these many problems. We owned a Veloster-- we loved it -- we wanted to upgrade and paid money for a downgrade. At this point we feel the car is defective beyond your ability to repair... and the cost in time and effort to keep getting rides to drop it off to your service people has gone beyond reasonable. How will Hyundai address this?? We even got someone else's plates and information by mistake, twice. Than you couldn't find our's. So many problems More
