Regret purchase at "No Regrets Dealer" I purchased a 2014 Santa Fe in February 2017. I was assured by the sales manager that there was "no risk" in buying the vehicle because "it's just lik I purchased a 2014 Santa Fe in February 2017. I was assured by the sales manager that there was "no risk" in buying the vehicle because "it's just like buying a new car" because of the new warranty. Since the day after making the purchase, I have been trying to get this dealership to fix some issues. - Bluetooth audio is static. I've probably had at least seven different people there look at it. It's been about a month since the service manager said he'd look into getting a new head unit or find some other solution, and he has yet to get back to me. - The A/C sometimes blows cold air. I've had this looked at twice in the last month. When I brought it in I was told that there's no issue. That same day I drove down to Las Vegas for the weekend and had semi-cold air half the time, and warm air the other half while I was driving in 100+ degree weather. - After sending a negative review to Hyundai corp, I immediately got a call from their customer service dept. We set up a time for me to go in and meet later that day, and after I showed up and waiting for 25 minutes without being seen, I had to leave. I called and left a message a week later to follow up. Still silence. I paid a lot more money for this vehicle than I planned, mostly because it was the "Ultimate" package. There are other issues with the car that the dealership probably can't do anything about (wind is very loud coming from the windows, multiple areas in the interior rattle and make noise), so I can't blame you for those. My frustration is that I've spent hours and hours at the dealership only to be in the same position I was the day after I bought the car. Amazing Customer Service Taylor should get a raise for this. It took far too long to get the application process done and they kept running into problems that required me to w Taylor should get a raise for this. It took far too long to get the application process done and they kept running into problems that required me to wait hours at a time just to go home and do it again the next day. This took three days and over 8 hours to finish. However the customer service delievered by Taylor was so amazing that even when I was ready to walk out I stayed. I've dealt with a lot over the years and I can say hands down that this guy will work his tail off and bend over backwards to help you. He went so far as to come in on his day off just to make sure that this worked for me. Because of Taylor I will be coming back to purchase my next vehicle and would recommended to others. If they would at least fix the finacing department so I am not told to come in and waste my time everyday that would be great. I didn't mind if it took three days to do but I kept getting told it was done and would go in and find out it wasn't. More

He took the time to explain everything very thoroughly so that I drove away feeling very comfortable and confident about my new 2017 Tuscon. The finance manager was very helpful and patient as he explained our financing options, and I was also pleased with the time and care put into detailing the car. We enjoyed the free popcorn and drinks as well! Thanks for a terrific car-buying experience! I would definitely recommend this dealership to others. More
