Regret purchase at "No Regrets Dealer" I purchased a 2014 Santa Fe in February 2017. I was assured by the sales manager that there was "no risk" in buying the vehicle because "it's just lik I purchased a 2014 Santa Fe in February 2017. I was assured by the sales manager that there was "no risk" in buying the vehicle because "it's just like buying a new car" because of the new warranty. Since the day after making the purchase, I have been trying to get this dealership to fix some issues. - Bluetooth audio is static. I've probably had at least seven different people there look at it. It's been about a month since the service manager said he'd look into getting a new head unit or find some other solution, and he has yet to get back to me. - The A/C sometimes blows cold air. I've had this looked at twice in the last month. When I brought it in I was told that there's no issue. That same day I drove down to Las Vegas for the weekend and had semi-cold air half the time, and warm air the other half while I was driving in 100+ degree weather. - After sending a negative review to Hyundai corp, I immediately got a call from their customer service dept. We set up a time for me to go in and meet later that day, and after I showed up and waiting for 25 minutes without being seen, I had to leave. I called and left a message a week later to follow up. Still silence. I paid a lot more money for this vehicle than I planned, mostly because it was the "Ultimate" package. There are other issues with the car that the dealership probably can't do anything about (wind is very loud coming from the windows, multiple areas in the interior rattle and make noise), so I can't blame you for those. My frustration is that I've spent hours and hours at the dealership only to be in the same position I was the day after I bought the car.
