Murdock Auto Group started in 1982 with the opening of our Murdock Chevrolet store in Bountiful Utah. In 2005 with the purchase of our first Hyundai dealership in Orem, Utah , Murdock Hyundai began. In 2006 we purchased our Logan dealership and in 2008 we bought the Salt Lake City store . For our Hyundai dealerships our goal was simple, have a Murdock Hyundai in every neighborhood. Now we want more, we want a Murdock Hyundai in every driveway. Amazing Customer Service Taylor should get a raise for this. It took far too long to get the application process done and they kept running into problems that required me to wait hours at a time just to go home and do it again the next day. This took three days and over 8 hours to finish. However the customer service delievered by Taylor was so amazing that even when I was ready to walk out I stayed. I've dealt with a lot over the years and I can say hands down that this guy will work his tail off and bend over backwards to help you. He went so far as to come in on his day off just to make sure that this worked for me. Because of Taylor I will be coming back to purchase my next vehicle and would recommended to others. If they would at least fix the finacing department so I am not told to come in and waste my time everyday that would be great. I didn't mind if it took three days to do but I kept getting told it was done and would go in and find out it wasn't. More

The salesman was very knowledgeable in explaining our options and answering my questions. I did not feel any pressure to buy a more expensive vehicle or add features I didn't request. He took the time to explain everything very thoroughly so that I drove away feeling very comfortable and confident about my new 2017 Tuscon. The finance manager was very helpful and patient as he explained our financing options, and I was also pleased with the time and care put into detailing the car. We enjoyed the free popcorn and drinks as well! Thanks for a terrific car-buying experience! I would definitely recommend this dealership to others. More
