Appreciated that he didn't try to sell us something we didn't want or need. It was a good experience. The only thing I would have liked to see is follow through and follow up. Once he made the sell he disappeared to handle another sell. Most salesmen stay with you throughout the whole process until you drive off the lot. He immediately went to sell another car. Made us feel like a number and not a customer. He even had another sales person go through the details on the features of our car. Never did learn about the Blue Link. Had to research that on our own. Other than that, it was a very good experience and I would recommend the dealership. More
