This time, it was late winter and my Mom needed a new car... the old one was now in "pay me later" mode. Doug Pont made the purchase seamless and Mom now has a shiny new Elantra... she won't lock the keys in the car again, she'll never lose the garage door opener and her phone calls to everyone will be hands free! Murdock Hyundai gave us an excellent deal on the car... just like always. So, here's the count... 3 Sonatas (2 Hybrids) and one Elantra... one happy family! Thank you Murdock Hyundai Lindon, Dave Pont and the staff... you wrote the book on happy! More

Used Ford Focus , and it seemed like a good value, except that it had one bad wheel bearing. We went to pick up the car in the afternoon when it was supposed to be ready. When we got there, they said it wasn't ready. They said they contacted us and told us it wasn't ready. It turned out they had sent two e-mails to an address I didn't know they had, and they ended up in the spam filter because they looked like spam from a car dealer. They had both of our cell numbers, because we had given them to them twice, once so they could send us a link to this review site, and once again as we were leaving the dealership two days before. They knew we lived an hour away, and we had to rearrange work schedules to get there, but instead of calling or texting and making sure we knew the car wasn't ready, they sent Spammy-looking e-mails. Unfortunately, Branden wasn't there when we picked up the car after the repairs, so some managers dealt with us. They weren't very friendly at all. It took them a long time to even find the car so we could road test the repair, and they seemed put-out to have to do anything for us. It left us with a bad impression of the dealership. We noticed a poster that said "free blender with every purchase," so, naturally, we asked for our free blender, and were told that we didn't get one, because their profit on our car wasn't high enough to justify it, because the blenders cost $300. I thought to myself, yeah, right, they look like $50 blenders to me. I looked it up on Amazon after we left, and was shocked to find out that they actually do retail for $400, so I can see why they don't want to give them out, but, hey, they were the ones that said you got a free blender with every purchase. I have a photograph of the poster to prove it. They should change it to "free blender with some purchases" or "free blender with many purchases" or "free blender with most purchases," or whatever is an an actual true statement, because "free blender with every purchase" is patently false. It makes me wonder what else they are telling me that isn't true. Maybe next time, the dudes should get less-expensive blenders, so they can actually give one with every purchase, as their poster says. Or, better yet, give people something else -- something less lame than an over-priced blender -- or cash back. More

We met Staffan Kavmark and he listened to us and showed us the used cars we were interested We planned to just look at the dealership and not to buy. We met Staffan Kavmark and he listened to us and showed us the used cars we were interested in. They had more miles and cost more than we wanted to pay. He gave us other options and showed us the Elantra and the Sonata. We loved the Sonata and the cost was less than some of the used cars we had looked at. With the deals that were on we felt like we got the car that would last us for the rest of our life. We are happy with our new car purchase. We appreciated the salesman listening to us and not being pushy. More
