Murdock Auto Group started in 1982 with the opening of our Murdock Chevrolet store in Bountiful Utah. In 2005 with the purchase of our first Hyundai dealership in Orem, Utah , Murdock Hyundai began. In 2006 we purchased our Logan dealership and in 2008 we bought the Salt Lake City store . For our Hyundai dealerships our goal was simple, have a Murdock Hyundai in every neighborhood. Now we want more, we want a Murdock Hyundai in every driveway. We bought a new 2005 Hyundai Elantra 4 door and loved it, then we bought a 2013 Hyundai E We are extremely happy with our new Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. We bought a new 2005 Hyundai Elantra 4 door and loved it, then we bought a 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT and loved it, then traded it in on our 2016 new Hyundai Sonata Hybrid and love it most of all. It is a beautiful, stylish and comfortable automobile both inside and out. I am a retired Law Enforcement Officer having spent 32 years wearing a badge and have driven more police cars than I can count. It is my educated opinion that the Hyundai Sonata and/or Hybrid would make an outstanding Police Car. I can't wait to buy our next Hyundai in 6 to 8 years. Best car buying experience I have had. Buie is the salesman you want! Seriously... Spencer Buie. Oh and hold out on the extended warranty until they offer you lifetime free oil changes and cut $1000 from the price. Then it's a sweet deal! Wow! They treated me how I hoped to be treated. NO regrets? Sorry, I have more than a few. Overall, I feel that the main emphasis here is to get cars sold, and that once that task is done, that service and communication are secondary to the Overall, I feel that the main emphasis here is to get cars sold, and that once that task is done, that service and communication are secondary to the bottom line. I had to make six separate trips to the dealership, to get my "new" car fixed, and part of the repairs are shoddy. Over a full days work in hours invested by me, to get things done, and had I not put my car on a lift at a tire dealership, and taken pictures of the damage caused by the person who unloaded my car, I would have had to prove that I didn't cause the damage. As it was, two separate areas of damage were not found or ignored until pointed out by me, because only the parts for the first, and most obviously damaged area were ordered...and one of those is on backorder for two months. More
