Murdock Auto Group started in 1982 with the opening of our Murdock Chevrolet store in Bountiful Utah. In 2005 with the purchase of our first Hyundai dealership in Orem, Utah , Murdock Hyundai began. In 2006 we purchased our Logan dealership and in 2008 we bought the Salt Lake City store . For our Hyundai dealerships our goal was simple, have a Murdock Hyundai in every neighborhood. Now we want more, we want a Murdock Hyundai in every driveway. Good service but small hidden fee. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only hang up I had was with final pricing there was an additional $80.00 fee for nitrogen tires. After hearing a long spell about how we don't hide prices and there are no additional fees I was stored and disappointed. Please Hyundai, just include all the expected fees up front. I'm not going to change my decision over an $80.00 tire service. Over all the staff I worked with were great especially Matthew. Matthew got us an excellent deal on the vehicle. We had to do a bit of waiting but we're go od company. I am very satisfied with my new vehicle. Would still recommend these guys to anyone. More

Service shop a fail. The sale was great! But the car came with some dents and paint chips. Still not fixed. Service dept painted number wrong color and has more scratches The sale was great! Return calls aren't great. But they know how to sell and I feel I got a good price. I would have given all 10s if I had a better experience with follow up and service dept. More
