We also were informed our car had Android auto and got us excited because we really wanted that feature but after we negotiated everything we found out it didn't and felt kind of obligated to get the car since we were negotiating for 2 hours. Excellent I have never really been a big fan of dealerships in general, mostly because of the pressure to buy and whole price runaround. This last visit I had changed my view, at least for Murdock Hyundai. I had gotten into a car accident a couple weeks prior and found out the day before I went in that they had to total my car. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted as far as a new car and what price I could, and was willing to pay. Nate helped me find the perfect one with a price I was able to pay. I felt no pressure to buy and found Nate was as straight forward as I was. Mason was super kind and polite and helped us through the financial stuff very quick. I definitely don't have any regrets going to Murdock Hyundai. More

Worst Finance Manager ever! The finance manager pushed harder for the warranty then I have ever been pressured in any car buying experience. Then he didn't finish the loan in ti The finance manager pushed harder for the warranty then I have ever been pressured in any car buying experience. Then he didn't finish the loan in time and didn't pay of my trade-in in time. Resulting in multiple calls between me, my previous financial institution and the dealership including two visits to the dealership to get it sorted out. I'm sure this review won't get posted just like the last one, because I am not singing Mason's praises. I will not ever buy another car from Murdock as a direct result of Mason Rose. More
