Purchased a new vehicle from Murdock Hyundai at the beginning of November. Was thrilled with the vehicle and the car buying experience - until I pulled off the lot. It took my almost two months to get beginning of November. Was thrilled with the vehicle and the car buying experience - until I pulled off the lot. It took my almost two months to get my title, registration and license plate and was completely jerked around during the process. I was told they had the wrong phone numbers, yet when they read me the numbers it was indeed a home phone and my insurance providers numbers - both of which would have connected to me. I was told the DMV changed their systems and that's what caused the delays- yet I would think a car dealership would know the DMV inside and out since its their daily business. I was told my car needed emissions and it was my fault for not getting it done. .only to pull into the service center and find out that the emissions had been completed three months ago. What a completely stressful experience to spend the holidays without a truthful answer and worried about losing your car since the credit union didn't have the title. I now have my license plate but am still completely disappointed with the service I received. Not one attempt to make up a crappy experience - only excuses protecting the staff. More

Tim was a pleasure to work with. We had a bad experience with a dealer just minutes before we came to you. Tim was very patient and spent the better part of Saturday with us.
