I had a great experience at Murdock Hyundai. Greg worked with me in a very professional manner to find the car I wanted, then did all he could to work a deal that was agreeable. I bought a certified used care from the Logan dealer. I will never buy one there again. After a week and a half of owning a 2007 Sonata with 82,000 miles on it. It had to be towed to the dealer. This might explain why I will not buy another Hyundai. Then it get even worst. Blake Murdock the Gm of the Logan dealership really cares about repeat customers and believes the UR the heart of their business, to the point that I walked out of the dealership having to pay around $300.00 for a service charge for a car 1 1/2 weeks old that I had not even come close to paying the 1st payment on. If you think this dealership cares about you they don not once you have left with a car. If you think their cars are Certified and top notch, they are not. I tell everyone I can about how bad of an experience I had with Murdock and will always continue to. They only care about your money, once you have left with the car they only care about how to make more off of you until you want another car and then they will do anything for you. My advice. If you do not buy NEW, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM More
I had a very pleasing experience at Murdock Hyundai. My salesman Justin did everything he could to make the deal exactly what i was asking for. The sales team was very busy that night yet they still got me in and out of the docs and financing room and on my way. I will definitely be recommending they're services to anyone i know. I purchased a used car, and it had a burned out headlight! We left the dealership at dusk, and my husband noticed that I only had one working headlight on the way. I called the dealership the next day, and they said they could probably fix it, but they would have to get it approved and that that could only do it at the location where I purchased it (Lindon - one hour away from where I live), despite the fact that they have two other Murdock dealerships closer to Salt Lake. I told them to forget because I didn't want to drive all the way back out there and waste a full day waiting around for the service. Also, if it were a headlight on any other car, I wouldn't even be mentioning it, but it's a Volkwagen, and it has to be done by a mechanic/ dealership. Pep Boys told me that the cost was $150! I also thought the finance guy was a little annoying, but I guess that's his job. Other than this, I was satisfied with my experience. My disappointment is with the Service department for not catching the burned out headlight in the first place since the car is supposed to be able to pass inspection when I drive it off the lot. Also, my disappointment is in the customer service after they had made the sale and had my money. They could not work with me to get the stupid little headlight replaced at their Salt Lake dealership partner. More

This is the worst buying experience that I ever had any prodcut I have purchased in the USA. 1. They lost the checqe that I ahve given to them and that costed me 33$ to cancel they cheque through bank a prodcut I have purchased in the USA. 1. They forced me to give a rating of 10/10 or their dealership could be cancelled. 3. I paid my first installment of 360$ and they didnt send that to the HYUNDAI FINANCE and that again costed me a fine of 100$ and a big hit on my credit history. 4. I visited their office with my 20 months old kid and they didnt even mind us to serve even water. 5. They are very harsh and unpolite as if I am there to get some loan from them. PLEASE DONT BUY IN MURDOCK HYUNDAI SALT LAKE CITY. More
