Murdock and 'Carol Marcus' My sales person, JR Maybe, was excellent. I had already made up my mind on the IONIC and had taken a test drive at another local Hyundai dealership. My sales person, JR Maybe, was excellent. I had already made up my mind on the IONIC and had taken a test drive at another local Hyundai dealership. JR ensured Murdock matched the monthly payment the other dealership offered, plus Murdock chose to not charge for the transit/delivery fee (I ordered a color and package that was not available in Utah). JR was VERY professional and kind, calling me regularly with updates on the delivery time. My time with the finance manager was pleasant and efficient - he even surprised me with insurance and a service package I could easily afford! I am VERY impressed with the 'perks' Murdock offers - the complimentary car washes and extended service dept hours. Murdock does an excellent job training true customer service to all of their employees - from the receptionists to the car wash young men. Each interaction feels sincere and warm. This is my first Hyundai and my first new car purchase. I LOVE my IONIC (I named her Carol Marcus because science officers wear blue! ;) and I loved my experience with Murdock! More
