We made the decision to make an appointment with the dealership and went in to discuss our options. As always, we were treated like family. In addition to helping us find the exact car we wanted at the exact payment, he was NOT high pressure in any way shape or form. He just did his job and did it well. While we were there we had other employees stop by where we were sitting to chat, check on us, and make sure we were being taken care of. Also, the whole process was fast. In 2.5 hours we had test driven the car, negotiated price/payments, bought the car, and were out the door. Folks it just doesn't get any better than that. We will 100% for sure be buying our next car from Dain Murdock and Murdock Hyundai. More

His friendly, patient assistance made this car purchase the best experience we've had so far purchasing a car. John, the financial officer also was extremely helpful and efficient. Chris made the ultimate effort to expedite the delivery of our car so we could return home on schedule and he stayed later than closing time to complete all the details for us. An ode to Sam I left a review on an earlier page... I will say we brought our other Hyundai in for an oil change and to have the tires rotated. When we got home t I left a review on an earlier page... I will say we brought our other Hyundai in for an oil change and to have the tires rotated. When we got home the receipt said there was a lug nut missing. When we checked it was still missing and we had to drive back to dealer to get one put on. We thought that was a little funky to say the least. Who sends a car down the road with a missing lug nut ? More
