Everytime I made service appointments when I showed up they had no record of the appointment, even though I had printouts of the email confirmation that I had an appointment. They did get me in to get service done then, but only because I had made such a long drive to get there. The 2 appointments I had in 2016 they got me in and actually had records of my appointment. Calling to complain or emailing them or answering survey about the service got me multiple calls from sales people trying to get me to buy a car, never received any calls about my problems More

My 2nd Hyundai from Murdock same great experience I loved my new Elantra GT that I bought new in 2014. But I love the 2016 Tucson that I just bought even more. Murdock hits it on many levels. We were offered water, drinks, cocoa, coffee, snacks. Had a pleasant place to sit while waiting. Every employee who made eye contact, asked if I was being helped or needed a snack or drink, or ??? The building had positive energy, and staff looked happy.
